Our 28 day guarantee
Our supplements are made to be taken as a 14 day cycle, and we want you to complete one. If you finish your first cycle and do not feel a shift within 28 days of delivery, email support@insporoots.com and we will refund the purchase price of that order. You do not need to return the bottle, and you will not be asked to fill in a form.
This guarantee applies to a customer's first order, once per customer and household.
Unopened products
Unopened bottles in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Email support@insporoots.com first and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
What we refund
We refund the purchase price of the product. Original shipping charges are not refunded, except where an order arrived damaged or incorrect, or did not arrive at all.
Damaged, incorrect or missing orders
Email support@insporoots.com within 14 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the order date if the order never arrived. We will replace or refund the order in full, including shipping.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to post it.
